Director, Regulatory & Supply Chain Strategy

Catherine leads Accord’s Regulatory Team, responsible for the development of industry’s strategy for a better, more efficient and cost-effective regulatory system.

She has over 20 years’ experience as a regulatory scientist with extensive experience in regulatory and policy matters in industrial chemicals, including those at the therapeutic goods and agricultural chemicals interface. In that time, Catherine has held senior expert advisory, representative and Ministerial appointments, including as a Ministerially appointed independent expert on the Advisory Committee on Chemical Scheduling (ASCC), and as a representative of Accord on the Therapeutic Goods Advertising Consultative Committee (TGACC).

Her qualifications include a BSc/BA (honours) degree from the University of Sydney and a postgraduate legal studies qualification from the Griffith University. Catherine is also a member of professional bodies Australasian College of Toxicology and Risk Assessment (ACTRA) and the Royal Australian Chemical Institute (RACI).
