Damian is the Executive Director of Accord Australasia and has led the association since 2025. With more than 20 years of leadership experience as CEO, board director and advisor, Damian has driven strategic reforms, advanced governance and fostered collaboration in highly regulated industries. He brings specific expertise in health, professional associations and advocacy, combined with a strong focus on innovation and sustainable growth.
Prior to Accord, Damian was the CEO of the Australian Dental Association. His leadership has consistently resulted in transformative outcomes, including significant and meaningful legislative changes along with cultural revitalisation. His collaborative approach, strategic vision and focus on sustainability align very well with Accord’s objectives of advancing industry’s profile, advocacy, innovation and growth.
